MARTA delivered us to the ATL Hartsfield Airport in less than an hour, and we got onto the 3rd shuttle to the International Terminal. Since we made such good time, Sue got her favorite lunch of Chick-Fil-A.
The flight left a little late because of a late arrival to Atlanta before our trip. But, we made up the time in transit. Our Delta flight crew was outstanding.
Once in Munich, we had plenty of time to catch a local train to the Haupbahnhof and eat a good lunch of wurst sausage and a hard roll with mustard.
The train to Bolzano left Munich and arrived in Bolzano at the scheduled time. We checked in, received our tour packet, and had a great wild mushroom ravioli dinner at Barreria Forst in Bolzano.
We're pretty beat. Not much sleep to be had on the plane, so more about Bolzano tomorrow after we spend the day there before setting off on our bike tour the next day, Monday June 27.

Climbed up to the Brenner Pass at 4000+ feet and it was sunny and not much snow on the North side of the mountain. Once we headed back down the mountain on the south side, the weather changed dramatically and it was cloudy, raining, with a lot more snow on the south side of the mountain.
